1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the AI Campus website, completing an application, enrolling in a program, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student" or "User") and AI Campus ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation or a minor, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Program Enrollment
Enrollment in an AI Campus program is subject to the following conditions:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required program fee (or initial installment) and a completed enrollment form.
- AI Campus reserves the right to accept or decline any application without providing a reason.
- Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the minimum technical requirements (device, internet connection, software) specified for their program.
- Batch start dates and schedules are subject to change. Students will be notified of any changes with reasonable notice.
- A seat in a batch is not guaranteed until full payment or a confirmed EMI arrangement is in place.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Fees: Program fees are as published on the AI Campus website at the time of enrollment. All fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
EMI: EMI options are available subject to eligibility and third-party financing partner terms. Default on EMI payments may result in suspension of platform access.
Refund Policy:
- Within 7 days of enrollment (before batch commencement): Full refund of the program fee, less a processing charge of ₹2,000.
- After batch commencement but within 14 days: 50% refund of the program fee paid.
- After 14 days of batch commencement: No refund is applicable. The fee may be adjusted towards a future batch at AI Campus's sole discretion.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@aicampus.in. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
- Fees paid for IBM Learning access, Microsoft Learning access, or third-party certifications are non-refundable once credentials have been activated.
4. Program Delivery & Conduct
AI Campus programs are delivered through a combination of live instructor-led sessions, recorded lectures, hands-on projects, and assessments via our online LMS platform. Students are expected to:
- Attend a minimum of 80% of live sessions to remain in good standing.
- Complete assigned projects and assessments by the specified deadlines.
- Maintain respectful and professional conduct in all sessions, forums, and communications.
- Not share, record, or distribute session recordings, course materials, or any proprietary content without written permission from AI Campus.
AI Campus reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrollment without refund for misconduct, academic dishonesty, or violation of these terms.
5. Internship Terms
The paid internship included in eligible programs is subject to the following conditions:
- Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 80% throughout the program to qualify for internship placement.
- Successful completion of all required assessments and a capstone project is mandatory for internship eligibility.
- Internship placements are facilitated by AI Campus through our partner network. The Company does not guarantee a specific company, role, stipend amount, or location.
- The internship duration, stipend, and scope are determined by the partner organisation and are subject to change.
- Students are required to comply with the policies and code of conduct of the internship partner organisation during the placement period.
- AI Campus shall not be liable for any disputes, grievances, or losses arising from the internship engagement.
6. Placement Support
AI Campus provides placement assistance as a value-added service, which includes resume building, mock interviews, and profile sharing with hiring partners. The following terms apply:
- Placement support is available to students who have successfully completed the program and met all academic criteria.
- AI Campus does not guarantee employment or a specific salary package.
- Students are responsible for preparing adequately for interviews and assessments conducted by hiring organisations.
- AI Campus's role is limited to facilitating introductions and connections; the hiring decision rests entirely with the employer.
7. Certification Disclaimer & Third-Party Learning Access
Access to IBM SkillsBuild, Microsoft Learn, or other third-party learning platforms is provided as part of select programs. Such access is governed by the respective platform's terms of use. AI Campus:
- Does not warrant that third-party platform content will be available without interruption.
- Is not responsible for changes to content, assessments, or certification requirements made by IBM, Microsoft, or other third parties.
- Does not guarantee that completing third-party learning content will result in certification; certifications are issued by the respective platform providers based on their own criteria.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the AI Campus platform — including course materials, videos, assessments, slides, code samples, branding, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of AI Campus or its licensors.
- Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials solely for personal educational use during the program period.
- Reproducing, sharing, selling, or publishing any AI Campus content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Work created by students as part of program assignments remains the student's property; however, AI Campus may use anonymised project work as examples with the student's consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- AI Campus's total liability to any student for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total program fee paid by that student.
- AI Campus is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
- AI Campus does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- AI Campus is not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events that affect program delivery.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, State], India.
We encourage students to first attempt resolution through our support team at support@aicampus.in. In the event of an unresolved dispute, parties may pursue mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
11. Privacy
Your use of AI Campus services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.
